Where we ship. United Kingdom addresses only.

Timing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes an estimated 5–8 business days from dispatch.

— honest limit: these are estimates, not promises. Couriers have bad weeks. If no delivery date is agreed, UK law entitles you to delivery within 30 days — and you'll almost never wait anywhere near that.

Costs. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. No charges appear that weren't shown to you first.

Confirmation and tracking. You'll get an order confirmation by email shortly after ordering, and a second email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first scan — that's the courier's system, not a lost parcel. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@getpawset.com and we'll chase it. You're our customer, not the courier's — the parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout — it's the one thing we can't verify for you. If you spot a mistake, email info@getpawset.com straight away. We often dispatch within a day, so we can't guarantee a change will reach the order in time. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we'll reship it to the corrected address or refund you in full — your choice.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo. We'll replace it. Risk in transit is ours, not yours — you don't need to argue with a courier to get what you paid for.

Returns. Return shipping and refunds are covered in our Refund & Returns policy. In short: change-of-mind returns are at your postage cost; faulty items and guarantee returns are handled per that policy.
